You are invited to enjoy the second Joyful Movement class of the year. We will start with stretching and lead into a time of dance exploration. Then everyone will split into groups and create their choreographed dance! See you there! Joyful Movement Adaptive Dance Class
Making Dreams Come True is hosting an adaptive dance class, in downtown Tacoma. This class is inclusive, for extra-abled and able-bodied people, 18 and older. In the first hour, you will learn adaptive dance techniques. Next, you’ll split into small groups and create a unique dance performance. Followed by the opportunity to share the dance with the class. In the second hour, there will be a freestyle dance party and an all-around wholesome good time.
